Subprocessors List

- Subject to Universal Terms of Service: The following SUBPROCESSORS LIST (“Sub-processors List”) supplements and is subject to Open Metal, Inc.’s (“Company”) Universal Terms of Use (“UToU”) which are incorporated herein by this reference, for which Company is a data processor. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the UToU.
- Subprocessors:
- This Subprocessors List identifies subprocessors authorized to subprocess Customer Content or Personal Data related to the Website and/or Products. Pursuant to agreements with subprocessors, such subprocessors will be permitted to process Customer Content or Personal Data only to deliver the services Company has retained them to provide, and each is prohibited from using such data for any other purpose. For more information visit Company’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Protection Addendum. Subprocessors may provide services related to the Website and/or Products or other online products and services offered by Company. The Subprocessors List below may not apply to previews or other products or services not yet in general release by Company.
- The following subprocessors provide products, services and/or technology used to serve and deliver specific aspects for the Website and/or Products. If Customer visits or uses any aspect of the Website and/or Products, Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that any subprocessor identified below are allowed to process, store, or otherwise access Customer Content or Personal Data to provide certain products or services for the Website and/or Products as identified below.
