Jen Royle-Jones

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jen is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a passion for innovation and a drive to make a positive impact. While she originally had plans to become an occupational or physical therapist, Jen realized (thanks to the dissection portion of her high school class) that science wasn’t for her. Her journey into technology began with a career change that accompanied her move to Arizona, transitioning from higher education to the data center industry.

Inspired by the excitement and challenges of technology, Jen has embraced her role as a sales and marketing leader in the space. She brings a wealth of experience to our team with a diverse work background and varied interests.

Outside of work, Jen is a family-oriented person who especially enjoys spending time outdoors. She and her family love camping, hiking, and exploring national parks. Her adventurous spirit has taken her far in life, as she is also the former video game state champion of New Jersey! (It may have been in the 9th grade, but we’re still impressed.)

Jen’s dedication to making a positive impact on the world is evident in her life goals. She strives to raise good human beings and empower her children to achieve their dreams. Her favorite quote, “I am thankful for my struggle because without it, I wouldn’t have stumbled upon my strength (Alex Elle),” reflects the resilience and determination she carries that we’re thankful to have at OpenMetal.
